How to, frequently ask questions and tutorial regarding Shawls House website.

  1. We only accept return item for the following reasons:
    1. Defects (must provide prove)
    2. Wrong item sent by Shawls House
    Please fill in the Product Returns Form to do so.
    Bare in mind that the Hang Tag must be in tact, otherwise item considered damage.
  2. Other than the above reasons such as you providing the wrong address etc, you will have to bare the re-shipping cost.
  3. Payment must be made within 2 days after order placed.
  4. Shipping will be done ONLY via Poslaju for the time being (No Poslaju prepaid envelop).
  5. We will not be held any responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.
  6. Please bear in mind, that we will not be taking any responsibilities of any missing parcels, lost items during transactions, damage of the items, or late of delivery as the POS MALAYSIA is the one who is responsible. If such case happen, you can email to care@pos.com.my
  7. Payment option charge:
    1. Payment via iPay88 will be charged 3% for processing purpose.
    2. Payment via PayPal will be charged 4.1% for processing purpose.
      1. Paypal charge as per here and here (estimation of 4.1% as currency changes and 3 days waiting period)
    3. No Charge for payment via Bank Transfer & Maybank2u Pay.
