Please take a photo of your item and email us at she@shawlshouse.com. We will exchange your item for a new one. In the event of the item is out of stock, you can request to receive monetary refund or replace with another code which has same value of total faulty / damage item received.
Please email us your order ID and the item code you did not receive at she@shawlshouse.com. You will need to return the incorrectly received item back to us. We will exchange for the correct one.
