DELIVERY POLICY

  1. We provide worlwide delivery services. Once you have entered the delivery address, you would be informed with the delivery charges. Please take note that delivery address Is final and any changes are not allowed. Kindly double check your address before placing your order.
  2. Shipping charge would be advised on your final amount of purchase before proceeding with the full transaction.
  3. Your order will be delivered via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.
  4. Tracking No is available for you to receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail and with a tracking link for your parcel, so you could follow its journey to your doorstep.
  5. We are not liable for any involving cost of customs duties or sales taxes for international order(s).
  6. Once your order has passed your local Custom Duty, it would then be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
  7. If you are not present when your package arrives, the carrier will leave a card informing you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange your order delivery.
  8. Shipping period for cities in Malaysia would take five (5) to eight (8) business days, whereas other countries would take between ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days depending on the courier company.
  9. Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries would not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive in the next business day.
  10. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of delays on our domestic and international customers. However, while we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe.
  11. In the event whereby we cannot deliver to certain postcodes, we suggest that you select a different shipping destination.
  12. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Thus, we require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
  13. Please note, that if no signature is collected upon the package arrival, you agree to our terms and conditions and, confirm that we can leave your package(s) outside the premises at the shipping address provided by you without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery. Please be aware, that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
  14. This policy is only applicable for purchase made in SHESHAWLS Online Store. Item(s) purchased through SHESHAWLS Offline Store shall not be entitled to this policy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY ( SALE & MARKDOWN)

  1. REWARD POINTS
    The reward points will be deducted based on your returned amount.
  2. RETURN FOR EXCHANGE/REFUND
    No return for items with 30-75% discounts and clearance items Terms and conditions applied.
    Only Valid for :
    • Items with combo discounts.
    • Defective items.
  3. RESERVATION / MANUAL ORDER
    Reservation or manual order will not be entertained during the SALE period.
  4. CUSTOMS TAX & IMPORT CHARGES
    All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. SHESHAWLS has no control over the fees imposed and we also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

CLEARANCE
/DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Strictly no exchange/ return/ refund for clearance and markdown items.
EXCHANGE PERIOD Website : 7 days after parcel is received.
Store : 7 days after purchased.
EXCHANGE VENUE The products can only be exchange from the same store, terms and condition applied.
Customer is requested to email CS team at cs@tudungpeople.com before proceed with the exchange procedure.
PROMO ITEMS
  1. Customer may request an exchange to different color and size of the same or difference collection, subjected to availability.
  2. Terms and conditions are applied for exchanges made during non-sale period.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

EXAMPLE 1 ONE TO ONE EXCHANGE

  1. Customer may exchange to any available collections. If the item is change to another collection with lower value, the balance will not be refunded.
    If the exchanged item has higher value, customer will have to bear the price difference.
  2. If the exchange is made after the sale period ended, normal price is applied.

Example: Customer A bought 1 x SpeedyHud2

Normal Price : RM99.00
After disc : RM 89.00

During Sale Period

SpeedyHud2 > SpeedyHud2 : No price difference

SpeedyHud2 > Safya Clipe : RM89.00 – (RM89-10%)
= RM8.10
*The RM 8.10 will not be refunded.

SpeedyHud2 > SpeedyHud EZ : (RM139.00 – 10%) – RM89
= RM36.10
*Customer must pay the price difference.

During non-sale period (NORMAL PRICE APPLIED)

SpeedyHud2 > SpeedyHud2 : No price difference

SpeedyHud2 > Safya Clipe : RM53.10 – RM48
= RM 5.10
*The RM 5.10 will not be refunded.

SpeedyHud2 > SpeedyHud EZ : RM69 – RM53
= RM 15.90
*Customer must pay the price difference.

EXAMPLE 2 EXCHANGE ITEM AND NEW SALES

  1. Exchanged item(s) will not be included as new purchase.

Customer B bought 1 x SpeedyHud2. On the next day,  she requested an exchange. She also bought another 2 promo items.

  • Exchange 1 x SpeedyHud2> Action 1
  • Buy another 2 promo items (10% off) > Action 2

Action 1 will not be included in the new purchase, therefore the customer is only entitled to 10% discounts, not 15% discounts.

EXAMPLE 3 EXCHANGE TO MULTIPLE ITEMS

Customer A bought 1 x SpeedyHud EZ
Normal Price : RM139.00

During Sale Period

SpeedyHud EZ > Layla :
2 x Safya Clipe = 2 (RM55 – 15%) = RM93.50
*Balance of RM45.50 will not be refunded.

During non-sale period (NORMAL PRICE APPLIED)

SpeedyHud EZ > Layla :
3 x Layla = 3 (RM55) = RM165.00
*Customer must bear the price difference RM26

STORE CREDIT
  1. For online purchases, return and refund will be made in terms of store credit.
  2. Upon receiving the returning item, the store credit will be transacted into the customer’s SHESHAWLS account.
  3. Customer will have to bear the postage fees for both return and re-delivery.
